Coconut Ice Cream (Lactose and Gluten Free)

Ingredients:
400ml Coconut Milk (1 Can)
Vanilla Bean/Vanilla Extract/Vanilla Essence
Sweetener (Honey/Stevia/Dates/Coconut Sugar?)
Pinch of Salt
Flavouring (e.g. Cacao, Strawberries, Mangos)
Directions: Mix and freeze


CocoWhip Style:
Ingredients:
120g coconut cream powder
500ml warm water
220g sugar
1/4 teaspoon sale
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
Directions: Mix and Freeze in the freezer
